Mr. Connors is a managing member at RMA and leads RMA’s business valuation and intellectual property valuation practice. He has experience in valuing businesses as well as derivative securities, intellectual property, and other intangible assets both in and outside of a litigation context. Mr. Connors has testified in Federal and State courts multiple times. He has extensive experience in calculating and rebutting lost profits, unjust enrichment, and other forms of economic damages analyses. In addition, he has extensive experience investigating fraud schemes of various types. He has performed forensic investigations into alleged Ponzi schemes, misappropriation of assets, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, and various forms of defalcation.
Mr. Connors is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (Business Valuation), Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
